Whether you like the show or not, the idea of Cory Monteith, Lea Michele, & Chris Colfer leaving Glee was kind of depressing. They’re the leads. They’re the actors Ryan Murphy tries helplessly, and kind of pathetically, to shed light on. But the idea of Rachel, Michele’s character, and Kurt, Colfer’s character, having their own show as they take over Broadway to fulfill their dreams was kind of fun. And I was actually looking forward to it, because, hey, it’s Broadway.
The good news? They’re not leaving. The bad news? There’s no spinoff.
“We are graduating the characters that are arcing to graduation. There will not be a spinoff,” said Reilly according to TVLine.
However, he did stress that the characters of Monteith, Michele, and Colfer will stay on Glee. “It’s a really cool idea,” he said but was mum on the details.
Till now, that’s all the information that was announced about the situation, but the question is, how will Rachel, Kurt, and Finn fit in after they’ve graduated? Will they come back as teachers? Will they come back to visit the school after they’ve fulfilled their dreams? Will they coach opposing teams to New Directions? Will their characters die and come back as ghosts?
And the bigger question: How will this affect Rachel and Kurt’s dreams of studying at NYADA?
There are too many questions, but, sadly, not enough answers. What do you guys think? Would you rather the show go on with or without this trio ? And what theories do you have about season 4? Disqus!

No one ever gets to live out their college dreams on TV because they're all stuck in whatever town the show started out in. :(
Agreed with Jen below. That's what I don't like about college and TV.
