Gossip Girl spoiler roundup: What to expect during the 100th episode!

Spotted: the milestone 100th episode of Gossip Girl — the first ever CW series to hit the episode mark will be airing tonight at 8/7c. But seeing as it’s one of the network’s most talked about show… not much could be kept a secret about the sure-to-be scandalous hour, much akin to the actual series.

Synopses

The basics

• It’s Blair’s wedding.
• Chuck Bass will be in attendance.
• Someone’s going to try to ruin Blair’s day… but it’s not who you might think: it’s Georgina! Okay, you probably thought that.
• Serena does something she’s not proud of to protect someone she loves.
• Blair apparently walks down the aisle more than once. Dream sequence? We don’t know.
• Blair might be a runaway bride. Or rather, she’s running and in a wedding dress, so something to that effect.
• Apparently, everyone think Dan and Serena are back together for real.
• Nate and The Real Charlie Rhodes will begin to kindle a relationship.
• There will be tons of callbacks to the pilot.
• There is a huge, game-changing, life-altering revelation.

The much-anticipated 100th episode will open with a musical dream sequence featuring Serena (Blake Lively), Blair (Leighton Meester) and all the men in their lives (Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Hugo Becker) [embedded below]. Also, while Chuck (Ed Westwick) wrestles with the reality that Blair is about to walk down the aisle with Prince Louis (guest star Hugo Becker), the return of Georgina Sparks (guest star Michelle Trachtenberg) might make the royal affair a royal disaster. Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle also star. Mark Piznarski directed the episode written by executive producer Joshua Safran (#513).

Every, single scoop article on the 100th episode of Gossip Girl has referenced that there is a huge, game-changing revelation that will go down. TVLine has said it, Entertainment Weekly has said it, TVGuide has said it, and so on.

What is it!? Personally, I believe that Gossip Girl will be revealed. And that it is The Real Charlie Rhodes. But the truth is, it’s anyone’s guess. (Besides, when I speculate, I’m usually wrong. [By the way, if you click that link, you’ll realize I was right; I was being sarcastic.])

We’ll just have to wait until 8:59pm.
