• I don't like Elena or Cassie. Partly because they're the https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheEveryman /woman
  Elena is so contradictory I'm surprised she's still sane
  Cassie is warned of danger, Cassie dismisses danger, Cassie is kidnapped/hurt, Cassie needs saving almost every episode.
  Plus I hate love triangles, dragged out unresolved sexual tension, and I don't enjoy 99.9% of tv romances.

  Matt killing Finn is the height of ridiculousness. Yes Finn and Sage were weakened and Finn took a stake to the chest but there's no way, Finn would be too slow or too weak to stop Matt.
  Yes, we should have seen the other vampires die in a montage.
  We should have got more from the Care/Alaric scene. He did just get roughed up by Bex so Caroline pushing him against a wall or yelling at him would be out but maybe she could have said that it would take time to get over it or that he could try to make it up to her or something.
  I'm done with Bonnie. I mean it was good for her to cry but I wasn't feeling it. Bonnie needs to turn evil or be written off as she's only  a boring plot device

  We're going to find out the other Blackwell child before the finale according to the executive producer(?) I hope we find out next episode. I trust that the promo is right that TOBC is Melissa, Faye, or Diana. I hope it isn't Faye.
  Adam is awful when he's A) in scenes with Cassie, Diana, or his dad and B) when he's too serious.
  "I don't negotiate with terrorists" Ha!
  It was great that Diana called out Cassie.
  Lee/Eva was rushed and unrealistic.
  All the storylines are coming together so the last 4 episodes should be good.

• I can't even understand watching a show where you don't like the lead character! xD But I agree with you about mostly every thing else!!!

• Because in my mind the lead character is NOT Cassie... god, she's awful. 

• She shouldn't be but she is. Cassie should have only been the lead for the pilot or the first part of the season. It's The Secret Circle NOT Cassie's Series of Unfortunate Events That Are Usually Her Own Fault

• I personally think they've been giving Matt a role recently because he's going to die. There is no other reason for him to suddenly be getting so much screen time. I don't think they'd kill off Tyler, just because the actor is really, really good looking (I'm serious, this is the CW after all)

  I also loved what Michael said about the show's shades of gray take on murder, blood drinking, etc. I feel like if this wasn't on the CW, this could be a really deep show. 

• Oh, goodness. I haven't even thought about it that way, but you're right. Why else make Matt relevant again. Great! He gon' die.

  And yes, I feel the same about it being on The CW and how if it weren't they could explore it much better.

• p.s. Elena's not as bad as Cassie. 

• Cassie's smile, Cassie serving coffee, some of her dark magic attacks, and Cassie running are Cassie's only good moments.
  Elena drunk, Elena comforting Caroline, Elena staking/dagger stabbing/crossbow shooting vampires, Elena stabbing herself, Elena not wanting to be a vampire, Elena crying at Wickery Bridge, and Elena knocking out Jamie are Elena's only good moments

• It's a real contradiction with the portrayal of the predominantly black witches on TVD. Supposedly they are very powerful but they almost always get killed by the predominantly white vamps on this show. I don't remember seeing a witch kill a vampire on this show, at least not for a long while. So as stewards of nature it seems like witches are only as strong as vampires allow them to be, despite the fact that the so-called original witch created vampires . . .

  I dunno. But it was very messed up that Bonnie's friends didn't make much of an effort to check in with her or even stick around after her mom bounced.

  I wish Apple was a more sustainable company. They keep making new shit, like most other electronics companies, and forcing patrons to buy more shit and waste scarce and questionably obtained minerals.

  And Caroline should have held a grudge or something. I mean no one asks to go on crazed rampages but you still have to take responsibility for what you've done if possible. There isn't just one kind of crazy, and the show seems to exploit the dis/ability angle like they did Caroline's papa's so-called gayness and LGBTness in general.

  And I think Monika is on to something. They're probably going to kill Matt. And forever he will be known for having loved Elena (and maybe Caroline) . . . and having killed an Original.

  Haha, and Bonnie saved the day yet again. XD And people still hate her. Damned no matter what she is forced to do.

  And if they ever kill Bonnie we won't even see her funeral. They'll fast forward like a week or a few months and keep the story moving.

  And they should drop out. Haha. They hardly ever sit in class. Just have someone get a GED and other people tag their diplomas on their shirts. Or show a scene with Elena taking online classes.

  I used to like Elena but she is really bad. I hate her and I hate Sookie. Just utterly selfish characters. I cannot relate to either of them. 

  Oh and dubbing episode scenes with "southern accents" would be hella funny. Also what happened to Katherine? Was she drained by Mikael?
