Daily Upfronts Update: More Renewals at NBC, FOX, and ABC!

There is so much going on right now, so I’m going to make a daily upfronts update. No news from The CW yet, but I have some news for you from the four other networks!

 ABC

ABC has renewed Once Upon a Time, Dancing With The Stars, Revenge, Grey’s Anatomy, Castle, Shark Tank, The Bachelor, Modern Family, The Middle and Suburgatory. All the rest are still awaiting their fate. Cougar Town will not be airing on ABC, but has been renewed for a fourth season at TBS!

FOX

Good news for the animated comedies Family Guy and American Dad! Those two have been renewed for the 2013-2014 season.

CBS

The first cancellation at CBS is official, A Gifted Man will not be returning for a second season.

NBC

They just can’t get enough new series at NBC. NBC ordered two more dramas to the current line-up.

• Infamous: Detective Joanna Locasto returns undercover to the wealthy family she grew up in, as the housekeeper’s daughter. There she will solve the murder of one of her closest friends. The lead goes to Meagan Good and the male lead will be played by Laz Alonso.

• Do No Harm: A modern take on the Jekyll and Hyde story. Steven Pasquale will play a neurosurgeon who has a dangerous alter ego, he used to keep it in check using medicines. Phylicia Rashad also stars. Check out this promotional photo!

Not only did they order two more shows, but NBC gave several renewals to some of their other shows. They renewed Parenthood for a full season order. They gave 30 Rock a final 13 episode order to end things properly. Community also got a 13 episode order!
