The Voice returns from its high-rated freshman season next month, debuting during the primetime sweet spot: right after the Super Bowl. Last year, the Voice coaches were able to bring on other musically-talented mentors to help them fine-tune the contestants, and this year appears to be no different.
Except that each coach will have two mentors each. According to TVLine, Blake Shelton will get Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert; Alanis Morissette and Robin Thicke will join Adam Levine; Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Ne-Yo will join Cee-Lo Green; and Jewel and Lionel Richie will join Christina Aguilera.
