Bitch. That’s what! Which is basically what we do. And I’m sorry that we’re not funny in this one.
Also, we have a massive brain fart and can’t remember if there were any male-human, female-vampire relationships. Like, Anna and Jeremy. And, hmm, IDK KATHERINE AND THE SALVATORES maybe?
I hope you enjoy our going out with a whimper! Thank you for listening to us for the past couple of months. We apologize for the tardiness. Truth be told, I don’t think McKenzie or I were ready to say goodbye to Secret Circle.

I understand you guys. Not wanting to say good bye. You should continue with the podcast and keep the name as a memento for The Secret Circle.
Perhaps McKenzie and I will. We gotta figure it out when we get closer to October, I guess. But the most fun we had was talking TSC! And I don't think Beauty & the Beast is gonna be a good show…yeesh!
Also, yes, we didn't want to say goodbye :'(
Paul Wesley apparently did not believe Stefan would not save Elena first. He and Julie got an argument first, at which Julie won that one.
That's easy.
Julie to Paul: "Me employer. You employee"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAAAAAA!!!!!!!! Omg, I died.
Anyway, yes, I heard about them having a discussion about that scene. As @cb8c78bc5b32e568126028ef0368e4ab:disqus said…
Gossip Girl has the highest itunes ratings out of all the shows (tvd actually kind of low on itunes that Ian has pointed out on twitter) and sells more on dvd, and its online streaming is super high. That was how it has been lasting this long (as well as how OTH lasted that long). Also imo GG has a hard time slot (imo hardest as they get screwed either way all season by ABC shows).
IMO TSC got hurt the moment I heard Kevin was involve as it did not make sense that he said he struggles writing the witchy woo woo (his exact words) on tvd and yet he going to help develop a witch centric show? made no sense and I know alot of Bonnie fans decided to not watch it.
Yes but Kevin was the only reason TSC got greenlit in the first place. He reworked the show so that it could be watchable (from what I've heard). I don't think he was really involved after that. And it's apparent that he spent a lot of time on THE FOLLOWING over at Fox…and will continue to do so. He wants to work on a show that will get recognized, methinks. And that's not going to be TVD. But yes, I completely agree, the reason GG got a renewal over TSC is the fanbase who will actually spend money on it.
He admitted to not really changing much as he said by the time he was brought Andrew Miller had already got it together but like possibly Kevin's influence imo is the reason TSC plot wise got to a shaky start because he was not interested and just slap his name on (now if they wanted to get the script doctor, some of those former buffy writers should have gotten Whedon advise them as he known for taking crap an turning it into gold). I been telling folks who think that because TSC is gone Kevin will be back but I know he isn't as because his new show is on Fox, he ain't coming back to ugly step child known as CW, Kevin dawson creeked everyone again (he did this to DC and left after season 2 to try his hand at just writing movies, which didn't really work out as he really only good with the serial killers thing hence the following). We are stuck with Julie who base on her recent interviews it seems to not have a vision for season 4 either.
Great title. Nikita was better than TSC even at the latter's best but I was getting tired of Nikita. TSC has more promise. I will watch Season 4 of TVD but if things get as muddled/annoying as the 2nd half of season 3 then I'll quit. 90210 should have been cancelled years ago. I don't watch GG but don't most viewers only enjoy it ironically? A lot of series stay on longer than they should even if they still make some good episodes. Arrow looks like (for me) the best new CW series.
Yeah 90210 should have got cancelled after season 1 better yet maybe shouldn't had materialized pass pilot stage. While I get why people are upset over GG getting renewed it like OTH, it being picked up did not actually affect the schedule. Also base off what the CW president is discussing it seems like they are pushing for more 13 episode seasons and keeping them just as mid season shows as they work better having back to back episodes (as Ringer would have thrived better with back to back). I agree though HOD should have been cancelled and Carrie Diaries should not been picked up as Carriein SATC implies she did not come NYC until her early 20's (the movie in fact has a flashback to when she came to NYC, SJP played her, and she met Charlotte shortly after) and her first time which she described on the show, was not good and in fact horribly realistic. CD just comes across as total fanfiction and quite frankly Josh and Stephanie need to concentrate putting GG to bed the right way before starting new projects.
At the same time, I think Nikita just knows when it's time to take its story in a new direction, but it does sort of feel like "huh? how will this continue?" If that makes any sense. Same here, will watch season 4 of TVD but I don't know how much longer I can continue with it if it's sort of the same as the back half of season 3.
I'm watching the new season of Nikita mainly because it's going in a new direction but next season is enough to "tell the tale". I'd watch a spin-off/sequel with Alex.
