This week’s episode of Snooki & JWOWW picks up with Jenni’s phone call from Roger. He is still upset that she lied by omission when she didn’t tell him that there was a lawsuit against her. Really, it was dumb of her not to mention it, but Roger DID kind of overreact.  After the phone call, the girls go out to get some breakfast, and worry that Roger won’t show up for their dinner/drag show that night.

After the meal, both girls start cleaning their apartment (shocking!), but not before Snooki has a long conversation with herself about how the fire alarm works. In the midst of the cleaning, Jenni decides to call Roger back to see if he is still coming that night, but when he says he doesn’t think he will, it breaks down into another fight.  After more screaming and some tears from JWOWW, Roger finallyaccepts her apology and agrees to come for the weekend. Phew! Crisis averted!

When the boys show up, things are quiet and awkward until Roger give an oblivious Jionni Jenni’s NuvaRing, which Jionni attempts to smell. This gets everyone laughing and thankfully the tension is broken right before they head to the drag show restaurant (which was a surprise to the boys).  At the restaurant the boys were super uncomfortable, which was only made worse when they were pulled on stage for a very hands-on lap dance.  The girls were cracking up (as was I), but you could tell that Jionni in particular was not having a good time.

The next night our 2 favorite couples were heading over to Jionni’s parents’ house for Jionni and Nicole’s engagement party, which in addition to the fab 4 only includes both sets of parents and one other couple. Wow, quite the wild party!  Jionni gives a touching toast (after Snooki reminds him to include her), and they enjoy some lasagna before Jionni runs up stairs and voluntarily gets out his old baby pictures. Who does that without any prompting? Oh, who am I kidding, he was clearly prompted by the producers. There is no way he just ran up and did that on his own.

After dinner, Roger and Jionni head down to the basement aka Snooki and Jionni’s first home.  Roger tries to get a feel for how prepared Jionni is for fatherhood (the answer is: not very) and Jionni starts to get a bit testy.  He believes that because he has nieces and nephews he knows everything you need to know about raising a child (HA!). Oh, I can’t wait until he gets his first taste of fatherhood. That is going to be shown in the recently announced season 2, right?

Both couples head back to Jersey City and go to bed (without getting it in, unfortunately for Roger and Snooki).  The boys leave early the next morning and despite Jenni’s pleading, Roger leaves without saying good-bye to his ‘children’ (her puppies).  Who passes up the opportunity to cuddle with some fluffy little puppies? WHO?? I’m disappointed in you, Roger.

After the boys leave, the girls go out to get some food and they decide to take a girls trip with their other besties (Ryder! And someone else!) to Cancun for Spring Break. Although life is pretty much one big spring break for them, isn’t it? Of course, a trip to Cancun never comes without drama, and it looks like our favorite BFFs might be breaking up! Oh no! How will the show go on if they won’t live together? What would that mean for season 2? I guess we will find out next week!
