Well, Chuck has ended, many tears have been shed, my body convulsed a little bit, but it’s a new week… and time for some new television.
Aside from the SAG Awards taking place tonight, here’s what the NoWhiteNoise writers just have to watch this week! Also, Top Gear UK was on the list but it sort of aired already. Whoops! Sorry there, Kate.
Monday
Gossip Girl | 8pm (The CW)
It’s finally here: the milestone one hundredth episode of Gossip Girl — and there are sure to be many twists and reveals! The much-anticipated 100th episode will open with a musical dream sequence featuring Serena, Blair, and all the men in their lives. Also, while Chuck wrestles with the reality that Blair is about to walk down the aisle with Prince Louis, the return of Georgina Sparks might make the royal affair a royal disaster. Also, it is my firm assumption that the titular character, Gossip Girl herself will be revealed. So buckle up. Xoxo…
Pretty Little Liars | 8pm (ABC Family)
After putting her foot down about Caleb with her friends, Hanna begins to feel that she is getting the cold shoulder from them. Aria, Emily and Spencer seem to be up to something, but she can’t quite seem to figure out what it is. But what Hanna may take as the cold shoulder, could really be just a case of guilty consciences from her friends. And if her best friends avoiding her weren’t enough, Kate’s first day at Rosewood High is looming. Now that her evil step-sister is invading Hanna’s space, she needs her friends more than ever. Meanwhile, Emily hopes that her mother’s visit to Rosewood will be a good opportunity to re-introduce her to Maya and have a better outcome this time.
Tuesday
Ringer | 9pm (The CW)
The wait is finally over. Bridget offers to host a fundraiser that her friend Greer is holding for Juliet’s school and discovers that Greer knew one of Siobhan’s deep dark secrets. While back in New York, Siobhan discovers that Bridget has settled into her former life more easily than Siobhan expected and she is determined to change that. Meanwhile, Malcolm decides to work for Andrew at Martin/Charles in order to keep an eye on him, and Henry mourns the death of his wife.
Thursday
The Vampire Diaries | 8pm (The CW)
Sheriff Forbes delivers some disturbing news to Alaric and Elena about the weapon used in a recent murder. In the Salvatore brothers’ escalating quest to kill Klaus, Stefan turns to Bonnie and Abby, while Damon reaches out to an old acquaintance for help in setting up an elaborate plan. Intent on a plan of his own, Klaus hosts a strange dinner party, where he reveals another story from his family’s violent past until an unexpected guest brings the party to an end. Meanwhile, Caroline is heartbroken when she is unable to stop a tragedy from unfolding.
Grey’s Anatomy | 9pm (ABC)
As Meredith puts Zola to bed and falls asleep, she begins to wonder — what if her mother had never had Alzheimer’s and she’d had loving, supportive parents? The reverberations of a happy Meredith Grey change the world of Seattle Grace as we know it. What if she had never met Derek in that bar and he had never separated from Addison? What if Callie and Owen had become a couple long before she met Arizona? And what if Bailey never evolved from the meek intern she once was?
The Secret Circle | 9pm (The CW)
Cassie enlists the Circle’s help when she receives a frightening warning about the witch hunters’ return. At the same time, her true feelings for Adam and Jake surface during a birthday party that Ethan decides to throw with the help of Diana. Meanwhile, Faye and Melissa take their inner power to a chilling new level when they try a little of Lee’s “Devil’s Spirit.”
Friday
Nikita | 8pm (The CW)
Percy has his Guardians hold the members of Oversight hostage until Amanda agrees to his demands. If she doesn’t, the Guardians will shoot all the members of Oversight and release a deadly gas inside Division that will instantly kill everyone, including Amanda. Nikita is torn between letting the enemy fall and saving the innocent lives inside Division. Meanwhile, Sean is frantic to save his mother from Percy’s clutches and turns to Nikita, Michael and Alex for help.
Fringe | 9pm (Fox)
Our Astrid gets an unexpected visit from her Alternate, while Peter and Olivia track a killer using a toxin that has yet to be invented. Both universes collide in a case that pushes the boundaries of what is possible in this all-new episode of Fringe.
