This afternoon after a nice nap, I read a really disturbing article on USA Today. They released a list of possible cancellations. Most of the time, I really don’t pay attention to these sort of lists. I just wait until the news is there. This year, it is slightly different because a lot of my favourite shows are likely to be cancelled. Keep in mind that this list is not 100% accurate, but it is still USA Today!
All the other series are likely to get a renewal or have not begun airing.
One show that certainly will not be coming back is The Fades.
The Fades aired on BBC 3 and had 6 episodes. This supernatural drama got good ratings, good reviews and was something different in the supernatural genre. Really everyone should watch it, it was so great. Anyway cancellations were expected in the UK due to government cuts, earlier this month E4 announced that Skins was also cancelled. Skins will get an epic send-off next year with returning stars from the three generations.

I think Community is rather safe after being the best rated comedy on NBC this week! They are also being syndicated by Comedy Central, so Community has a fair shot at renewal.
I feel like USA Today made so many controversial statements only to remind the world that they exist. ;) I can't see how TSC, Community, Parenthood, Touch or both CSI's could be cancelled.
It would come as no shock to me if TSC gets a cancellation. It's not a good time to be a freshman series on the CW. And TSC got a pretty good spot after The Vampire Diaries, so I think they expected more out of it.
My guess is that they could move it to Fridays. Nikita is performing horribly and besides TSC and Supernatural have the 'sci-fi/fantasy' element in common.
Im pretty sure Nikita is getting canned, and TSC if renewed which im confident it should, if you go by numbers as any network does- move to Fridays might do better? Maybe - I would think moving TSC to Thurs @8 and following it TVD would help TSC even more? Also consider TSC competition its pretty tough. But Im pretty sure Ringer and Nikita will for sure get canned.
agreed! I don't know about the others TSC is the second highest rated show on CW network right now. USA is writing out of their asses! REALLY BAD JOURNALISM!
from the ratings, it seems accurate. but I really hope they don't cancel The Secret Circle, Cougar Town and Fringe. Fringe is in my heart forever and I was about to begin to watch TSC like, this week. Courteney Cox is on Cougar Town and so I wouldn't like it bo be cancelled, even though I don't watch it. xD
Personally, I think Cougar Town is already dead. A couple of their castmembers joined other pilots and that's not a very good sign. I really want TSC and Fringe to survive though!
Keep watching and it won't go anywhere. People just need to spread word and watch it instead of expecting shows to magically return. And if you can't watch it DVR it, it still counts. Download it on itunes.

I wouldnt worry about TSC but I can tell you Ringer is dead. Keep watching TSC tho! Its getting too good! and attract new fans! If you love a show, spread it!

I'm 55/45 in favor of cancelling TSC right now but it could either way with the last 4 eps.

Best bet; dont watch any show until the whole season is over and then watch them all if they dont get canceled; otherwise, whats the point with these networks? Get us to watch and then bang, no next season. Screw em.

I don't believe TSC will be cancelled, its impossible that they would take Hart of Dixie over TSC and there are demo differences to prove, and not just the demographic but also TSC has significantly higher ratings than HOD. I have not seen HOD demo rise over 0.6 lately that is out of 1, TSC averages 0.8/1 with a season avg of 1.97 million well its 1.93 right now but I heard there were some technically difficulties with some of the broadcast and the hiatus doesnt help its case. still higher than HOD which averages 1.61 season average with 0.6 demo average. Just doing the math with numbers proves the case that any logical network would go with the higher demo, higher ratings, and a show that is much more interesting no offense HOD fans. Also TSC is the second highest rated show on the network right now after TVD. So this article is wayyy off its game.
Just more proof that good shows get cancelled, Missing, The Secret Circle and Bent were all good shows.
