It’s day 2 of our Whisper-Talkers tourney, and for the second day, we’ve gotten inspired by Animation Domination. That’s right — round two puts Bob’s Burgers‘ Tina against The Simpsons‘ Marge.

But first, let’s backtrack: we began our first tournament here on NWN with the idea of choosing television’s best whisper-talker. Whisper-talkers are people who, well, mostly whisper while they talk onscreen. Maybe they just don’t have the strength to speak, maybe they think it’s better to just whisper, we don’t know.

Our two contenders in this round most definitely whisper, whether it’s because Tina is uttering something under her breath or Marge grunts in her iconic coarseness. One thing’s for sure: we love them. But who do we love more? Will it be Tina Belcher, or will it be Marge Simpson?
