As you may or may not have heard, late last week Jennelle Evans from Teen Mom 2 made headlines when she live-tweeted her miscarriage just a few days after she had announced her second pregnancy.
Now, I’m all for live blogging mundane daily events (I may or may not be known to live-tweet my Pandora listening on a slow work day), but giving an up to date play-by-play as you miscarry your child is just taking it a bit too far, even for me.
And now this little event has made Jenelle public enemy #1 amongst her cast mates over at MTV. Well, that hasn’t been confirmed, but I would imagine it is true since because of Jenelle and her antics the network has decided to pull the plug on the second cycle of the Teen Mom series. So because Jenelle can’t keep her shit together for 5 minutes, Leah, Kailyn, and Chelsea all have to lose their jobs too. Come on, Jenelle, this is why we can’t have nice things!
So what are these girls going to do now? Obviously Jenelle will be focusing 24/7 on keeping her ass out of jail, but what about the others? How will they survive without that cushy MTV money? They didn’t even do enough seasons to get boobs jobs like the cycle one girls (except Jennelle, who doesn’t have to worry about supporting her child with her money).
Obviously Chelsea will continue to live off her daddy’s money, so she’ll be fine. And Leah, with her two babies and one on the way, could totally get her own reality show if she plays her cards right (“My White Trash Life” has a good ring to it and would fit in nicely with a Buckwild lead in, don’t you think?). But what about Kailyn? What is Kailyn going to do? How is she going to pay for her house? And her car? And her community college? Kailyn doesn’t have rich parents, or a hot bod to market for cash, and we all know Joe’s rap career isn’t going to be supporting Isaac. She is just an actual normal girl. What is she going to do??
God, Jenelle, why didn’t you think about poor Kailyn before you went completely off the rails? Now she’ll never get out of New Jersey/Pennsylvania or wherever she lives. She’ll just have to struggle along like an actual teen mom.
